A man who works at a hardware store in Brighton, Minnesota, has been charged with criminal sexual conduct for ejaculating in a coworker's coffee.
The man, 34-year-old John Robert Lind, said that he ejaculated in the woman's coffee twice in the last six months, and he ejaculated onto her desk, and when he cleaned up the mess, he used her hair scrunchy, according to Fox.
The woman ended up
contacting police about two weeks ago to report Lind had left bodily fluids near her desk.
According to
KSTP, the woman said that on August 26 she returned to her work space and Lind was standing at her desk with his hands by his back turned to her and his hands by his genitals. She said that when she caught him, he quickly went into a different room.
The woman said that she then went to her desk, and her coffee smelled. She thought it was spoiled milk. She told polices that she has had problems with her coffee before, but this was the first time she realized her coffee may have been tampered with.
Police interviewed Lind and that was when he made the admission. He also said that he left his zipper down when he was around her because he wanted to get her attention. He said he was attracted to her.
Lind is now facing two counts of fifth-degree criminal sexual conduct and faces up to one year in prison on the first count and six months in prison on the second one.
