She's hit the road again for her Bangerz World Tour after a month long break. 

And Miley Cyrus kicked off her travels by posting a photo of herself on Thursday naked in a shower. The star was in her in hotel in Puerto Rico.  
The 21-year-old pop diva Photoshopped a large red heart over her derriere in the image captioned: 'F*** YEAH PUERTO RICAN SHOWER  #showeringinnatureisdashitmane'
